Terms of Service

These terms govern website design and Care Plan services provided by Boostline Studio ("Boostline," "we," "us") to a client ("you"). By requesting a quote, signing a project agreement, or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

Services

Boostline designs and builds a website for you based on the package you select (Starter, Growth, or Pro) or a custom scope agreed in writing. The specific pages, features, and deliverables for your project are those listed in your quote or project agreement, which takes precedence over the general package descriptions on this site.

Pricing and payment

Project pricing is fixed and agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in your quote, a 50% deposit is due to secure your project slot, with the remaining 50% due at launch. Monthly Care Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be paused or cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as listed at the time of purchase. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included are billed at $25 per round. Changes to scope beyond revisions (new pages, features, or content types not part of the original quote) will be quoted separately before any extra work begins. Running past your included rounds never delays or blocks your launch — it's simply added to your final invoice.

Client responsibilities

You're responsible for providing timely content (text, images, logos, and account access) needed to complete your project, and for reviewing and approving work at each revision stage. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend your delivery timeline.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website files and content delivered to you, and the site is launched on hosting and a domain in your name. Boostline retains no ongoing claim to your site or its content. Boostline may retain the right to display completed projects in its own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Care Plans

Care Plans cover the ongoing maintenance and update requests described in your plan tier. They do not include new page types, major features, or full redesigns, which are quoted separately as fixed-price add-ons.

Cancellation

You may cancel a Care Plan at any time; there is no long-term contract or cancellation fee. One-time project work, once started, is billed according to the payment schedule in your project agreement regardless of whether the project is later cancelled, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

Boostline provides services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website or our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
