Amber & Oak started as a single roaster in a garage and grew into the corner spot our neighbors now call home. Every bag of beans is roasted on-site in small batches, and our pastry case is filled fresh each morning before doors open.

A short, seasonal menu. Notes below are our own — brewed, tasted, and logged by the team each week.
Double shot, house blend — dark chocolate & toasted hazelnut.
Single-origin, rotating weekly — ask what's brewing.
House-made maple syrup, espresso, steamed oat milk.
Steeped 18 hours, served over ice.
Twice-baked, filled with almond cream, dusted with sugar.
Dark chocolate swirl, sea salt flake.
