Our Story

Roasted in-house. Baked before sunrise.

Amber & Oak started as a single roaster in a garage and grew into the corner spot our neighbors now call home. Every bag of beans is roasted on-site in small batches, and our pastry case is filled fresh each morning before doors open.

We believe good coffee should be unhurried — so pull up a chair, stay a while, and let the espresso machine do the talking.
